The Company has today been informed by Premier Fund Managers Limited, in their
capacity as investment adviser to Scottish Equitable, that as a result of the
sales of 200,000 Shares (representing 2.43% of the issued share capital)
Premier Balanced Managed Pension Fund in 603,404 Ordinary 1p Shares (which
representing 7.32% of the issued share capital of the Company).
