Dividend declaration

Second interim dividend for the year ended 30 April 2011

The Directors of the Company have today declared a second interim dividend of 1.65 pence per ordinary share (2010: 1.60 pence) for the year ended 30 April 2011.  The second interim dividend will be paid on 19 August 2011 to those ordinary shareholders on the register as at 1 July 2011. The ex-dividend date is 29 June 2011.
