Piccadilly Growth Trust plc
On 14 December the Company announced that a dividend of 1.0p (net) per 1p
share will be paid on 28 February 2002. The dividend will be paid to
shareholders on the register on 1 February 2002, the ex-dividend date will be
30 January 2002.
