The Company has today been notified that on 4 October 2007, Mr Charles
Peel, a Director of the Company, sold 275,000 ordinary shares of 1
penny each in the capital of the Company representing 0.83% of the issued
capital, at a price of 209.7046 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Peel continues to have beneficial and
family interests in 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of
the Company, representing 0.3% of the issued share capital.
