Posting of Annual Financial Report and AGM Notice

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Artemis Investment Management LLP, Cassini House, 57 St James's Street, London SW1A 1LD on Thursday, 12 September 2013 at 12.30 pm. 

In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which have today been posted to shareholders, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:-

1.   The Company's audited Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 April 2013, which contains the Notice of the 2013 AGM; and

2.   The Form of Proxy for the 2013 AGM.
