Annual General Meeting Update

Following the Annual General Meeting held today, the Company gives notice that
all resolutions proposed in the notice of the Meeting were duly passed at the Annual
General Meeting held today.

Copies of all resolutions passed as Special Business at the Meeting will be submitted
to the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA') shortly and will be available for inspection at the
