Following recent FSA clarification related to disclosure obligations in respect of the grant of security over shares by a director, Connemara Mining Company PLC ('the Company') announces that it has received notification that John Teeling, Chairman of the Company, has pledged 1,000,001 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company, representing approximately 6.59% of the Company's issued Shares as security against personal borrowings.
