    KTS selects Radianz's infrastructure to distribute services to customers


Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC (KTS), the real-time financial data
technology company, is teaming up with Radianz, the leading provider of market
communications infrastructure for the global financial services industry. KTS's
agreement with Radianz will give KTS the ability to distribute its services to
the more than 10,000 financial services sites worldwide that are connected to
Radianz's infrastructure.

As of today, QuoteTerminal, KTS's UK live financial news and data service, is
available via Radianz.  MarketTerminalTM, the international version of
QuoteTerminal, also will be available via Radianz's infrastructure when it is
launched.

Among the many advantages of Radianz's infrastructure are its global reach and
high levels of security and reliability.  Moreover, the institutions that are
already connected to Radianz's infrastructure can gain access to the wide range
of services available via Radianz within days, compared to the six to eight
weeks usually required if, for example, a leased line from a common telecoms
carrier needs to be installed.

As previously stated by Radianz, 120 providers of financial services including
exchanges and electronic communications networks (ECNs) use Radianz's
infrastructure to distribute their services to customers worldwide.  They do so
because Radianz's infrastructure offers access to an instant marketplace for
their services.
