Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC ('KTS' or the 'Company'), providers of
professional market information services in the finance sector, was informed on
14 December 2006 that Mr. Brian D. Newman and his wife Mrs. Louise Barton hold
in aggregate 26,820,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company
representing approximately 8.07 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital
of the Company.



The Company was also informed today that, following completion of the recent
Placing details of which were announced on 11 December 2006, Singer &
Friedlander Investment Management has increased its holding and now has an
interest in 21,059,163 shares, representing approximately 6.33 per cent. of the
enlarged issued share capital of the Company.  In addition, the Company has been
informed that Chase Nominees Limited has an interest in 14,516,667 shares,
representing approximately 4.36 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital.
