Value Investment Portfolio Management Pte Ltd that following a purchase of
1,295,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), their disclosable
interest in the Company now amounts to 7,550,000 Ordinary Shares. This
represents 6.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
