Exercise of Warrants

Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC ('KTS') announce that, pursuant to an
exercise date of 20 November 2001, subscription rights in respect of 980,135
Warrants have been exercised by Hichens Harrison & Co PLC, representing
subscriptions for 980,135 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each at the Warrant
exercise price of 5.625p per Ordinary Share. This has raised £55,133 of
additional working capital for the Company.

Application has been made for 980,135 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
These Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary
Shares in issue and dealings in such shares are expected to commence on 13
December 2001.
