Board Changes

The Board of Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC ('KTS') announces that Dr Marc
Pinter-Krainer has resigned as Chief Executive of KTS in order to concentrate on
developing other business interests. The Board would like to thank Marc for his
contribution to the growth and development of KTS over the last seven years and
wish him every success for the future.  Andrew Miller, Chief Technology Officer
of KTS and Managing Director of Arcontech Limited (a subsidiary of KTS) will,
with immediate effect, take over as Chief Executive of KTS. Andrew has been
instrumental in the development and success of Arcontech Limited and the Board
is confident that he will be equally successful in taking KTS forward.
