                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS


KTS has been notified that Paul McGroary, a Director of the Company, has today
sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at 6.25p per Share, held jointly with
his wife, Tipakorn Anuvatnujotikul, to satisfy institutional demand.

Mr McGroary, together with his wife, now hold 10,155,556 Shares in the Company,
which holding represents 12.6% of the issued share capital.
