Further to the Company's announcements dated 14 April 2023 and 4 May 2023, following the Admission of the New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing and Subscription, Sir Henry Angest, the Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company has subscribed for 729,843 new Ordinary Shares (via Flowidea Limited, a company of which he is the sole beneficial owner).  Sir Henry Angest was interested in approximately 56.26 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company prior to the completion of the Placing and Subscription and accordingly will remain interested in approximately 56.26 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company as a result of the Subscription.

Sir Henry Angest also holds 86,674 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares representing 64.88 per cent of the total number of non-voting shares in issue excluding shares held in Treasury.
