Board Appointment

The Directors of General Industries are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jeff Zitron to the Board of the Company as Non-Executive Director.

Richard Wollenberg (Chairman) commented:

"Mr Zitron's knowledge, experience and reputation in the services sector adds a further expertise to the Board and I welcome his appointment as a Non-Executive Director"

Mr Zitron currently holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.7% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Zitron has been granted an option to subscribe for 300,000 new ordinary shares at any time up to 22 August 2019 at a price of 26 pence per ordinary share.
