Director/PDMR Shareholding

Aptitude Software Group plc announces that Performance Share Plan awards granted on 30 August 2018 to Philip Wood, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, were exercised on 19 May 2023.

The awards were subject to a three year performance period ended 31 December 2020 and a further two year holding period. The vesting rate of these awards was determined by the Remuneration Committee on 4 May 2021, as confirmed in the Group's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2021. The awards included an entitlement to receive dividend equivalent shares during the two year holding period.

Certain shares arising from the exercise of these awards have been sold by Philip Wood, as detailed below. Philip Wood's current shareholding has increased from 217,352 to 227,004, which represents 0.40% of the Company's total voting rights. As previously announced, Philip will be stepping down from the Board in July 2023.
