Notice of new date of Quarterly Results for the financial period ended 31 March 2020

AGA previously stated the first quarter results for the period ended 31 March 2020 would be released on 30 April 2020. AGA will now update the market on its quarterly performance on 15 May 2020. This is to allow additional time to prepare a thorough update on AGA's portfolio and results in light of the dynamically evolving COVID-19 crisis and volatility in capital markets.

The Company will host a webcast for analysts and investors on 15 May 2020 at 9:30am (UK Time).
