The Company announces that it has today been notified that Susie Farnon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Real Estate Credit Investments Limited and BH Global Limited, both Companies are listed on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and are traded on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with effect from 20 February 2018 and 13 March 2018 respectively.

AGA is a Guernsey registered closed-ended collective investment scheme incorporated as a non-cellular company that listed on the London Stock Exchange on 15 June 2015. It is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
