2016 Annual Dividend Announcement

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 6.1.13 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Directors of the Company are pleased to declare that a dividend will be payable, for the financial period ending 31 December 2016 in accordance with the following timetable:

Ex-Dividend Date:	16 March 2017
Record Date:	17 March 2017
Payment Date:	4 April 2017
Total Dividend Payment:	GBP 20,282,462.00
Dividend Per Share:	GBP 4.13p
FX Rate:	EUR / GBP of 1.1709 as at 28 February 2017
