("Kiotech" or "the Company")

Total Voting Rights & Holdings in Company

The Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 23p each of the Company in issue at the date of this notice is 18,299,952 with each share carrying the right to one vote. Of this number, 235,000 shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 18,064,952.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Separately, the Company was notified on 22 February 2011 that following an acquisition of ordinary shares, Amati Global Investors, through its funds, Amati VCT plc, ViCTory VCT plc and Amati VCT 2 plc, is interested in an aggregate of 2,457,061 ordinary shares (representing 13.6% of the total voting rights of the Company).
