Anpario (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that it was notified on 20 March 2024, that on the same day, Tim Pollock, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased, in aggregate, 4,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 235.33p each.

Following these purchases, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Tim Pollock in Anpario is 4,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
