CHANGE OF DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

Further to the announcement of Animalcare Group plc's ('Animalcare') full year report for the year ended 30 June 2009 made on 5 October 2009, the Board of Animalcare announce that the dividend record date declared on 5 October 2009 in respect of the year ended 30 June 2009 of 2.5p per ordinary share will now be paid to shareholders on the register on 6 November 2009 not 4 November as previously declared.

All other information relating to the full year dividend contained in the announcement under RNS 1922A made at 7.00am on 05 October 2009 remains unchanged.
