OFFER OF SHARE OPTIONS

The board of Anglo-Eastern Plantations plc has approved the offer of options
over 198,100 ordinary shares to employees and directors at 44.7p, exercisable
between 30 April 2005 and 29 April 2012. If valid Forms of Acceptance are
received in respect of this offer, this will bring to 776,600 the total number 
of shares over which options are held. Within the above offer the following have
been offered to a director of the company:
