Further to the company's announcement (dated 30 January 2006) stating that on 27
January 2006 7,500 ordinary shares of 25p each were allotted to employees who
exercised share options granted to them in accordance with the terms of the
Schemes, shareholders are advised it is expected that dealings in the new
shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares,
will commence on the revised date of 9 February 2006.
