The Company was notified on the 9th November 2005 that, following a purchase of
shares, FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries both being non
beneficial holders, have an interest in 3,170,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the company, representing 3.20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
