Anglo American plc announces its annual results for the year ending 31 December
2002 on Friday 28 February. At 07.00 (GMT), a press release, giving full details
of the results will be available on www.angloamerican.co.uk/results.asp as will
a short interview with Tony Trahar, Chief Executive Officer.


At 10.00 (GMT) Tony Trahar and Tony Lea, Finance Director, will host a
presentation on the results.  The powerpoint presentation will be uploaded onto
