that, as a result of a transaction undertaken on 4 December 2002 (of which Mr N
F Oppenheimer became aware on 9 September 2002), Mr N F Oppenheimer requires an
indirect economic interest (being an interest in 33.33% of a trust in which the
wife of Mr Oppenheimer has an interest) in 4,600 Ordinary Shares.
