                                    ("PDMR")

                      Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") Disclosure

In addition to the details regarding Mr P. Smith (a PDMR) in the announcement
released on Thursday 5 January 2006, the Company announces that a further 193
shares were released to Mr P. Smith in terms of the DBP on Tuesday 10 January
2006.

The notification of this transaction is intended to satisfy the Company's
obligations under both section 324 of the Companies Act 1985 and the Financial
Services Authority Disclosure Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4
