announcement released 27 March 2000 at 17:06 under RNS No 9799H.

In section 20 the description of shares should read 27,147 ordinary shares and
not 21,717 ordinary shares as previously shown.

In section 22 the total number of shares or debentures over which options are
held should read 180,303 ordinary shares and not 174,873 ordinary shares as
previously shown.


All other details remain unchanged.
