On the 21 September 2007, the Company was advised by its South African Transfer
Secretaries that on 20 September the following Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMR") of the Company acquired shares of US$0.54945 in the
capital of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of R445.3298 per Share, in
terms of the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"):

   • P M Baum acquired 9 Shares.
