The Company announces that an award over 7,552 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, granted to Sir John Parker, Chairman, in 2011, vested on 28 February 2014. Following the sale of 3,399 shares at £15.20 per share to meet the income tax liability, 4,153 shares have been released to Sir John.
