Directors' appointments

The Company announces that Dr Chris Fay, a Non Executive Director of the
Company, was appointed as a Non Executive Director of Iofina plc on 1 April
2008. Iofina plc is a natural gas and iodine producer which will be listed on
the LSE AIM on 9 May 2008.

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under the Financial
Services Authority Listing Rule 9.6.14.
