335,362 ordinary shares of 6.25p were allotted today to Anglian Group PLC's
subsidiary, Anglian Group Sharesave Trustee Ltd as Trustee of the Anglian
Group Qualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust (in which the executive
directors are residuary beneficiaries). These shares will be used in due
course to satisfy the exercise of Save As You Earn Options.
