Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of an
additional 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.25p each by way of Block Listing to be
admitted to the Official List.
The Block Listing is in respect of grants under the Save As You Earn Share
Option Scheme, and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
