Possible Offer and Rule 2.10 announcement The Board of ANGLE confirms that it has received an approach which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company. The indicative proposal letter envisages a price of 60.0 pence for each ANGLE ordinary share and that the consideration would be satisfied in full by the issue of new ordinary shares in the acquiring company. The Board of ANGLE, which is being advised by Collins Stewart Europe Limited, is evaluating the approach on its merits, currently on a non-exclusive basis, and will update shareholders accordingly. The Board wishes to stress that there can be no certainty that this approach will lead to an offer being made for the Company. A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate. The Board remains focused on creating shareholder value, principally by enhancing the value of its existing portfolio of investee companies. The Board remains optimistic as to ANGLE's prospects for the foreseeable future.
