The Company was notified following completion of the fundraising on 22 August 2011 that Paul Vial (directly and indirectly) holds voting interests representing 1,819,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which represents approximately 5.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
