ANGLE plc, the venture management and consulting company specialising in the
commercialisation of technology and the development of technology-based industry
announces that Non Executive Director, Iain Ross is stepping down from the Board
with immediate effect.


Iain Ross commented:



'Through my role as Chairman of SR Pharma plc I am involved in a number of third
party transactions involving public companies in the technology sector which
makes it difficult for me to remain an independent non-executive director of
ANGLE plc. Therefore it is with regret that I am resigning from the Board of
ANGLE plc with immediate effect. I have greatly enjoyed my time at ANGLE and
wish the team every success in the future.'
