PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that on Wednesday 17 December 2003 the Company 
purchased for cancellation 23,453 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 
190p per share.

The issued share capital of the Company is now 58,039,003 ordinary shares.
