Further  to  the  announcement made on 15 November 1999,  the  Board  of
Andrew  Sykes Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert
Stevens as Chief Executive, with effect from 17 January 2000.

Mr  Stevens  does not hold shares in the Company. He does not  hold  any
other  disclosable  directorships and has no details  disclosable  under
Rule 6.F. 2(b) - (g) of the Listing Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
