Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that on 22 February 2001 it purchased for
cancellation 900,000 of its 20 pence Ordinary shares at a price of 76 pence
per share.  In addition, it has today purchased for cancellation 1,075,000 of
its 20 pence Ordinary shares at a price of 76 pence per Ordinary share.
