                   Notification of Director's Interest

The  Board  of Andrews Sykes Group plc has today been notified  that  Mr
J.G.  Murray  transferred, on 27 January 2000, for nil consideration,  a
total  of  20,000  ordinary  20p shares.  Following  this  transfer  his
beneficial  holding  is  reduced  to  48,483,600  ordinary  20p  shares,
representing 52.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
