                         ANDREWS SYKES GROUP PLC


The  Board  of  Andrews  Sykes Group plc (the  'Company')  was  notified
yesterday  that  Robert Stevens, Chief Executive  of  the  Company,  has
purchased  10,526 ordinary 20p shares of the Company at a price  of  95p
per  share.   Of  these, 5,263 were purchased on  behalf  of  his  wife.
Robert  Stevens  is  deemed  to  have a beneficial  interest  in  these.
Therefore  his  beneficial interest in the Company  is  10,526  ordinary
shares,  representing  0.011%  of the Company's  issued  ordinary  share
capital.
