APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that Mr Jean-Jacques Murray BA MBA (39) has
today been appointed to the board as a non-executive director. At the date of
his appointment Mr Murray held 407,845 Shares, representing 0.9% of the issued
share capital.
