Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that Mr. Xavier Mignolet (42), Mr. Joel
Lawrence Simmonds (39) and Ms. Marie-Claire Leon (43) have today been appointed
as non-executive directors of the Company.


Mr. Mignolet is a director of London Security plc, Ansul s.a. and Importex s.a.
and subsidiary companies in Belgium.


Mr. Simmonds, a chartered surveyor, has been in charge of managing JG Murray's
real estate group since 2002 and has more recently become increasingly involved
in the occupational properties of London Security plc. Prior to this, he has
worked in both private and public property companies. Mr Simmonds is currently a
director of the following companies and has today been appointed a director of
London Security plc:

Ms. Leon works out of the Beverly Hills office where she has been assistant to
Mr. JG Murray since autumn 1999. She is responsible for managing the Los Angeles
properties as well as overseeing various projects around the world with Mr JG
Murray. Ms. Leon has today been appointed as a director of London Security plc.



There are no further matters that are required to be announced with regard to
these appointments under Paragraph G of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules.
