DIRECTOR DEALING OF SHARES

The Director shareholding announcement released today at 14.04 under RNS No.
6874G was released under the incorrect company name, London Security Plc.  The
correct company name was Andrews Sykes Group Plc.  The correct announcement is
reproduced below.

The Company was informed on 20 December 2004 by Michael Gailer, a Director of
the Company, that on that date he sold 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company at
206.25p per share.  Following the sale, Mr Gailer now holds 15,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.026% of the Company's current total issued
ordinary share capital of 57,991,003 ordinary shares.
