EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that on 17 December Mr R Stevens, a director of the
Company, exercised options over 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 100.5 pence per new ordinary share. Application has been made for these
shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected on Tuesday 23 December.
