ANDREWS SYKES GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that Mr R J Stevens, a director of the
Company, today sold 250,000 ordinary shares of  20p at a price of  190p. His
residual shareholding is 45,526 shares representing 0.078 per cent of the issued
share  capital of the Company.

The Company today purchased for cancellation 215,000 shares at a price of
190p per share.

The issued share capital of the Company is now 58,074,003 ordinary shares.
