                             Directors Shareholding


The Company was notified today that Jacques Gaston Murray, a director of the
Company, has today transferred 427,000 Ordinary Shares for no consideration to
an unconnected third party.

As a result of this transaction, Jacques Gaston Murray now has an interest in
49,608,192 Ordinary Shares, representing 83.09 per cent of the issued share
capital.
