Andrews Sykes Group plc (the 'Company') was today informed that Mr RJ Stevens, a
director of the Company, today exercised 50,000 options to acquire shares in the
Company at a price of 100.5p per share.

Following this, Mr RJ Stevens' resultant beneficial holding is 60,526 shares,
representing 0.10 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
