DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company was notified that yesterday Jacques Gaston Murray, a director of the
Company, transferred 100,000 Ordinary Shares for no consideration to Mr J J
Murray, also a director of the company.

Mr J G Murray is now interested in 50,035,192 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 83.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of the company and Mr J
J Murray is now interested in 732,065 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 1.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
